One thing I cant understand is why people come to the club and cant have a good time for a whole night. When I party I drink, enjoy my time with my boys, talk to the sexy ladies. At no point in time I am thinking about a dude I aint like or who I have beef with. Y? Because I dont have beef with anyone, and if you aint shooting the fair then it even worth it. Most times its over some girl or something even less than that. On the whole it makes up look bad, because as adults we should have the maturity to walk away or to even prevent a situation from occuring. Its 2008, we should be focused on education, money, and our family. From last night at envy all i saw was girls and guys fighting because they didnt like each other or didnt like the look they was getting. Its a shame because everytime we have a chance to beat the stereotype it always backfires. If you in that much drama and beef then why even come out? If you cant be in a place where there is someone you dont like then you shouldnt be there. Especially when your under the influence and your likely to think many thoughts and actually react to a few. And I am not blaming the fellas for everything either. LADIES! Yal really need to step it up. Morgantown is the only place I see so many girl fights, it is really embarassing. You come out dressed up looking beautiful, like a real woman. But as soon as you get a few drinks in you its.....look at that hoe or whore and oh she want my man or she aint cute. Like shit that aint worth beefing ova. And I guess girls are just a prideful as dudes cuz they aint letting shit go. Everyone is so fucking tough! We are such scholars in the classroom and such gangster in the club! We are fighting with ourselves and the image we wish to portray. Sooner or later the Ghetto or Tough image has to be supressed because that is not the logical way to behave. We have to do better, it is a must. They already dont want us here, and we are giving them a reason to run us out of this city. Think about it seriously. Bless

In case inquiring minds would like to know, Dj Schemes is still in morgantown. Right now I am currently working for Envy Night club every Friday, and so far the crowd as been great. Other than that I got my degree and I am working with the Sprint Corporation. It is going very well. My future goals is to branch out as a dj and really make a name for myself outside of morgantown. I think its cool to have such a strong fan base here, however it is time to create my legacy. I feel i posess all the great qualities of a superstar and I would like to burst out of my shell so to speak. Serato Schemes will be taking off shortly! The website will be revamped and fully functional by the end of the year, the blog will be consistent, and Kool Vybz radio will continue to air over internet air waves. My myspace will also be revamped and more remixes and personal mixes to come. I understand you have to keep hitting the fans with what they want in order to not lose them or have them forget about you. I am confident I can accomplish all these goals and still not forget where I came from. It started out with carrying crates for my cousins, to pcdj on my laptop at 17, to shooters lounge in morgantown, and now to the present. One of the most well known djs in morgantown, #1 Party School #1 Dj, guaranteed crowd pleaser and party rocker, and just a performer at heart. Thanks for listening, tune in for more to come!

I know you heard the rumors! its true. Dj schemes is officially back at envy nightclub in morgantown wv. after long hours of tough negotiating we came to the agreement that we both needed each other. envy is my home and i wanted to stay that way and so did the owners. however, on a few conditions. first, i can play how i like but the hard music has to be to a small minimum because of safety reasons. second, i have to play versatile and for everyone not just people who like hip hop. there are alot of good songs out there that arent hip hop songs and they should be heard. i agree to a point because as a dj you have to know how to play for any type of crowd, and I want to be the best in all aspects of the game. so call it what you must but it benefits everyone. Thank you all who attended last friday we had fun!!!!! This friday I will be throwing my own party at elks lodge.......Madness! I am so excited to see what kolors people will have on. and if you dont remember what the kolors mean............

What is really going on?

I feel like last year I was almost on top of the world. I was djing three nights a week, doing shows out of town and the money was good. Also I managed to get a 3.5gpa all in the same semester. So where the fuck did I go wrong? Now Im not working for any of the clubs from last year. I still work for sprint, who knows how long that will last. Man its kinda a struggle right now, however Envy and Schemes didnt end on a bad foot. It is just the city of morgantown determination to eliminate a predominantly black crowd. They praise our beloved football team when the season is in....but then in return ban them from certain clubs and gets scared when they see a large club room full of black people. We like to party and have a good time just like everyone else. You dont see us coming into the club and getting coked up or Xed up. We come drink our hennesy and dance all night, we dont get high in your clubs or nothing. Most fights cause in the clubs are between drunk white boys who are pumped off that techno music. We dont cause the drama in the club, but we are looked at as the source of the problem. What can I say more? Those old fuckers that claim they have power over anyone is living in the past and their ignorance is causing everyone to suffer. Unless they havent heard, hop hop music is here to stay. 80% of the music shit 90% of it is purchased by white people, so its liked by everyone. So dont try to eliminate because thats damn near impossible. Wake up its a new age. Bless

FIRST OF ALL I AM VERY UPSET ON HOW THE PAPER IS TREATING THIS MATTER WITH THIS DRUG RAID. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE LEADING PEOPLE TO BELIEVE THAT ENVY WAS INVOLVED IN THIS WHOLE MATTER. IF YOU READ CAREFULLY THEY ICE WAS FOLLOWING ONE MAN, A MAN KNOWN TO MANAGE ANOTHER CLUB AND THAT CLUB IS NOT CLOSED. HOWEVER, ENVY IS LOOKING LIKE IT WAS THE BASE OF DRUG OPERATIONS. I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS GOING ON. THE ONLY THING THAT SEPARATED THAT DAY FROM ENVY IS THAT THEY CHOSE TO DO THE TRANSACTION THERE INSTEAD OF VA. ENVY WASNT EVEN IN THE PICTURE AT FIRST. YES GRANTED EMPLOYEES WAS INVOLVED, HOWEVER THE OWNERS NOR THE WHOLE CLUB IN GENERAL WAS NOT BEING SORT AFTER BY THE ICE. SO DONT GET IT CONFUSED........THIS WAS A RAID ON ENVY IT WAS A RAID ON SUSPECTS THAT USED ENVY HAS THERE DROP OFF AND PICK UP SPOT. SO PLEASE DONT DAMAGE THE CLUBS IMAGE BASED ON THAT SITUATION. AND THE NEWSPAPERS NEED TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT AND STOP USING ENVY AS A SCAPEGOAT. WHEN ENVY OPENS UP AGAIN WHICH IS REALLY REALLY SOON, THE PEOPLE THAT KNOW THE TRUTH WILL COME BACK AND ENJOY THEMSELVES AND THAT WILL BE ALL. CASE CLOSED! BLESS

I KNOW EVERYONE IS WONDERING WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT ENVY ON FRIDAY? WELL PLEASE DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU HEAR. PEOPLE WERE SAYING THERE WERE SHOTS FIRED AND 5 PEOPLE WERE DEAD TO EVAN WAS ARRESTED AND IN JAIL. ALL THESE ACCUSATIONS ARE FALSE. THERE WAS SOME KIND OF CRIMINAL ACTS THAT HAD TO BE HANDLED BY POLICE OUTSIDE OF MORGANTOWN'S JURISDICTION YES. HOWEVER, WHO WAS INVOLVED WAS NOT DISCLOSE AND THE CLUB OWNERS WERE NOT INVOLVED. MANY SAID THEY WAS SHUT DOWN, THEY LOST THEY LIQUOR LICENSE. ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER FALSE STORY, ENVY WILL BE OPEN THIS WEEK AND BUSINESS WILL CONTINUE TO FLOURISH. WHAT HAPPENED THAT DAY DID NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE OF ENVY, ITS REPUTATION, OR OTHERWISE. PEOPLE ENJOY COMING TO THIS CLUB AND SAFETY IS NEVER AN ISSUE THERE. SO PLEASE STOP THE RUMORS AND KEEP YOUR OPINIONS TO YOURSELF. I WILL SEE THE REAL ENVY SUPPORTERS ON FRIDAY. DJ SCHEMES AND HAVE A BLESS DAY!

Its Been A Minute!

I know I havent updated yal in a while but your favorite dj is still doing his thing. The New Years started with a quick run in with the law and shit. Yeah ya boy was incarcerated for like a week!! Small Beans I took care of it. Word to the wise........Pay your tickets!!! Ne way then I moved outta Westove cuz they was profiling like shit and that aint cool. So now im in a new spot with better people around me. As for school, I got back in and i am trying to finish with God standing by me. It was a blessing how it all got resolved, thanks President Garrison. And to all that was expecting a new mixtape for the year sorry for the delay. The designer and the cd distribution companies been real lax and it hurt to not drop something for the month of January. However I am back on it and will be releasing something real soon!
